Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program is a distinctive three-day online experience, catering to the development of future female leaders in finance and business. Scheduled for January 25, February 1, and February 8, 2024, the program is open to applicants expecting to graduate between September 2025 and June 2026.

This transformative program is designed to provide early exposure to finance and business through a mix of interactive informational seminars, networking opportunities, and skill-building sessions. Key components of the program include:

• Insights Presentation: Participants will learn how to organize and present data effectively to communicate findings.
• Operational and Financial Reporting: The program focuses on analyzing financial data to prepare timely reports that support business decisions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: It emphasizes analyzing data to discover and communicate insights, offering concrete recommendations for key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the 2024 APAC Future Women Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Anticipated graduation date: September 2025 – June 2026
• Available to attend the full program virtually on January 25, February 1, February 8 (2.5-3 hours) Thursday morning Hong Kong Time zone/ Wednesday evening ET
• Bilingual in English with either one Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese or Korean)
